SOMA announces it has appointed Matteo Melegatti as its new area sales manager for Italy, Spain and Africa. In this role, Melegatti will represent SOMA’s complete line of OPTIMA flexographic presses, laminators, slitter rewinders, plate mounters and die cutters.
A native Italian, Melegatti has worked as a technical sales representative supplying a variety of technologies related to printing presses, while developing a specific passion and expertise in flexography. Melegatti has been recognized for his sales skills, as well as his individual attention to client assistance.
“In sales, it is important to understand the unique needs of customers and to help them in the creation of value,” says Melegatti. “In my new role, I am focused on applying my determination and skills to support the entire SOMA team and – more importantly – our customers, in order to achieve great results.”
