During 2019, the services offered by I&C-GAMA will be concentrated on training and customer support, in other words, I&C-GAMA wants to offer, along with its commercial partners, refresher courses for operators on GAMA/Camis/Grafikontrol products.
The I&C Academy project will allow present operators to improve the use of technologies owned by customers (viscometers, flexographic plate mounters, colour and control inspection systems), and will allow new process operators to learn the basic notions.
The courses will be held by the Milan headquarter of I&C-GAMA or by the partners’ technological centers, or they may possibly be held by the customer’s site, upon request.
According to Sergio Puoti, Sales Director at I&C-GAMA: «Our aim is to adapt to new market needs, we don’t only want to sell innovative technologies, we also want to provide continuing educational support to customer, in order to use in the best way the supplied systems and optimize their performances».
