    Friese GmbH – worldwide known as specialized manufacturer of highest quality and 100% “Made in Germany” corrugating and pressure rolls is proud to announce to be the first manufacturer of corrugating rolls who successfully passed the SMETA sustainability audit.
    Sustainability has recently become more and more importance. In particular, companies, have a major impact at this topic. The special appreciation of ethical and social sustainability as well as a thoughtful use of resources contribute significantly to a better future.
    SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) is a globally used concept for the verification of sustainable and ethical behaviour in companies. It´s based on a standard method with the four main categories:

    • Environmental
    • Business Ethics
    • Health and Safety
    • Labour

    “Now we are able to prove to the world what has been one of the principles of our company for years. But that´s not the only import result of the audit.
