The new production standard launched a few months ago, the result of the historic collaboration between the Salerno service Inci.Flex and the British prepress player, Esko, has established itself as an absolute plus in the flexo sector.

The latest Esko CDI and the experimentation translated into the application of Crystal Quartz by Inci.Flex, continue to attract interest in what is establishing itself, at an international level, as the new frontier of flexography.

“Thanks to the expertise and passion of our technicians, – says Enzo Consalvo, owner, CEO and “booster” of innovation of Inci.Flexof the marketing and sales representatives who are promoting the latest Esko CDI and our good working practices, a growing number of printers and converters are opening up to Crystal Quartz and our services. Not only Italian companies, but also operators in the Maghreb and Egypt, in the Middle East and in sub-Saharan Africa, now have the state of the art of flexo prepress at their disposal”.

Consalvo’s experience, pragmatism and enthusiasm have always aimed straight at the goal of continuous innovation in all sectors of prepress (laser engraving, engraving on sleeves, rotogravure and digital plates for engraving for printing on corrugated cardboard), with the certainty of having the knowledge and skills of a team of highly trained technicians at their disposal.

Driven by the rapid growth of recent years, which has seen Inci.Flex engaged in both M&A and the launch of new products and services, the organizational structure is also being refined. A new corporate organizational chart has been defined in order to rationalize and strengthen all the production sites that are part of the Group, thanks to the assignment of management to prominent managerial figures who have grown internally.

Pellegrino Gaeta, former director of International Development at Inci.Flex and CEO of Inci.Flex Algerie as well as marketing manager of the group, now is responsible for operations in Northern Italy, at Solaro and Concorezzo plants. Alberto Nasti, already a senior in the company with the role of Supply Chain Manager, has been assigned the supervision of Fisciano headquarters and the Maltignano branch.
