NEOS kicks-off 2024 with the inauguration of its new headquarters

NEOS, a leader in the digital printing industry for manufacturing, kicks off the new year with an anticipated development: the relocation to the new headquarters in Fiorano Modenese, just steps away from the iconic Made in Italy symbol, Ferrari. A significant step forward for the company, which, in just a few years, has gained new market shares, demonstrating consistent revenue growth. Currently, the company is poised to solidify its success with a turnover of €15 million and looks confidently to the future, aiming to double this figure by 2026.

After a period of foundational development, coupled with a turbulent economic landscape since 2020, NEOS has accelerated its pace last year, reinforcing its position as an industry leader. Continuous technological refinement, active participation in international technical conferences, and presence at two key global industry events marked 2023 as a decisive year for the company, both in initiatives and the number of successful installations across various industrial sectors.

“Made in NEOS” inkjet printing solutions have proven highly effective for applications in the furniture industry and packaging sector. From large-format decoration (over two meters in width) and wallpaper printing to printing on plastic film for surface protection, dedicated lines for folding cardboard, melamine-coated panels, and metal packaging, not to mention the deep expertise in edge-banding.

During this period, NEOS successfully collaborated with InkGenio in formulating cutting-edge and customized inks, ensuring compliance with high standards in the food and furniture industry. Notable offerings include special colors and inks with tactile and reflective effects, along with a wide selection of primers developed for treating various types of substrates.

Today, with a 12,000-square-meter facility adhering to the latest standards of sustainability and innovation, NEOS is ready to expand its presence beyond borders. The new facility, powered by a solar panel park, not only quadruples production capacity but also integrates the machine hardware division with InkGenio’s expertise in inkjet-ink development and manufacturing. A separate area has been dedicated to the Food segment to avoid possible contaminations and comply with GMP regulations governing the food packaging market.

Already responsible for the complete development and design of its machines, from mechanical and electronic aspects to software and color management, NEOS can now offer even more comprehensive solutions.

The conference area for seminars and training activities is available for specific operator briefings and general trainings.
