Having specialised for 42 years in the design and construction of slitter rewinders, the TCA64-C consolidates Bimec’s reputation for innovation, user-friendly machine design, and technological advancement.
The TCA64-C on display at ICE can offer maximum rewind diameters of 600mm and will incorporate a shaftless unwind stand with maximum roll diameter of 1000mm.
The TCA series can be configured for streamlined production and reduction of machine downtime. Features include automatic knife positioning, automated rewind roll unloading system, automatic tension control and programmable touchscreen control system.
